Ways to get involved

  • Build relationships with businesses, families and community partners to secure financial and in-kind sponsorships for the gala. Help identify prospects, conduct outreach, manage sponsor commitments and ensure sponsors receive the recognition and benefits associated with their level.

  • Shape and maintain the visual identity of Noche de Gala across every guest touchpoint. This includes branding, social media, website creative, marketing materials, email graphics, signage, auction materials, event collateral and on-screen graphics. Work closely with other committees to make sure everything feels consistent with the gala brand.

  • Help build an exciting silent auction by identifying potential donors, soliciting items and experiences, following up with businesses and families, organizing donated items into packages and helping prepare descriptions and information for the online auction.

  • Source a small collection of high-value, memorable experiences and packages for the live auction. Build relationships with potential donors, coordinate package details and help ensure each live auction item is compelling, complete and ready to promote before the event.

  • Coordinate the creation of one collaborative artwork or project from each participating class. Work with teachers, room parents and volunteers to establish timelines, collect completed pieces and prepare the artwork for auction and display at the gala.

  • Plan and organize unique experiences that guests can purchase or sign up for, including parent-hosted parties, student events and special experiences led by teachers or staff. Recruit hosts, develop concepts, coordinate details and pricing, and gather everything needed to promote each offering.

  • Help translate the event brand into the physical space through tablescapes, floral, decor, installations and other environmental details. Assist with sourcing, vendor coordination, setup planning and event-day installation.

  • Help bring Noche de Gala to life on event day. Volunteers may assist with setup, guest check-in, auction areas, signage, activity stations, directing guests, supporting committee leads and breakdown at the end of the night. Roles and shifts will vary based on event needs.
